Chara is moored in Penarth Marina. Its only about a mile from Cardiff Bay and its really easy to find. If you have a Sat Nav just use the postcode CF64 1TT. That should bring you straight to the entrance of the car park. Once there, give the skipper a call and he will come and find you.
The car park is available for anyone to use but it is pay and display at £5 all day
